Many people are Motivated, very few are Confident.

You may be inspired or motivated to do something, but until you take ๐—ฎ๐—ฐ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป, make ๐—ฝ๐—ฟ๐—ผ๐—ด๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐˜€๐˜€ or actually ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜๐—ฒ it you won't be confident.


Because true unshakable ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ is only EARNED.


Progress and action are the primary way to build ๐—–๐—ผ๐—ป๐—ณ๐—ถ๐—ฑ๐—ฒ๐—ป๐—ฐ๐—ฒ. A self-confident person is simply someone who keeps promises to themselves. Those promises compound over time.... Good or Bad.

Every day we are training ourselves to be great or to be average. Everything you choose to do on daily basis you can train yourself to be great.

Becauseโ€ฆ there is no such thing as ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ฝ๐—ฒ๐—ผ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ฒ, only ๐—ฎ๐˜ƒ๐—ฒ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—ด๐—ฒ ๐—ฒ๐—ณ๐—ณ๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐˜.

Well, I was watching an interview with LeBron James and the interviewer asked him " How do you have the confidence when things are coming down to the wire or they get tough".


His answer made my hair stand up, He said "๐—˜๐˜…๐˜๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—บ๐—ฒ ๐—ฃ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฝ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐˜๐—ถ๐—ผ๐—ป!!! I revert to my preparation, and I know nobody has prepared better or more thorough than me"


Imagine if we had that kind of dedication to our craft and life.

Illusion of CHOICE

This is driven from a chapter in the late, great Trevor Moawads book,

"It takes what takes"


Deep down, we all know our choices ultimately determine our behaviors and those behaviors ultimately determine our outcomes.


Better said, every choice has a consequence or an outcome.


Butโ€ฆ If weโ€™re SERIOUS about actualizing our potential, achieving greatness, winning our own version of the World Series then there simply IS NO CHOICE. Moment to moment to moment we need to step in and give our 100, be the best version of ourselves. PERIOD.


We want to think choice is awesome. But, ultimately itโ€™s NOT.


When weโ€™re all in, there is no choice.


When you feel like you have choice or too many options. Its because you haven't actually decided.


When you get up? When you go to sleep? How you train? How you show up in your Work and your Love? So, letโ€™s drop the illusion and make the ultimate decision that makes all the little decisions for us. Letโ€™s go for greatness. TODAY.

Building a framework that you can use anytime, any day, any situation.


More importantly, a Reflective Framework Having a model or framework encourages a structured process to guide the act of reflection. Leads to positive action. Creates less stress, overwhelm and frustration.


Here is one to give a try!

What, So What, Now What


  1. What - Reflect and describe the current situation or circumstance? What happened or What is happening? Be as objective as possible.
  2. So What - How do I feel about this? Describe feelings, ideas and analysis of the situation, circumstance or experience. What impacts the way you view it(What lens are you viewing from)?
  3. Now What - What are you willing to do about it? What did I learn? What can I apply? This is the action step, the let it go or do something about it.


"Motion creates emotion"


Changing your physiology means changing your mental state and breaking your negative patterns. Great physiology, therefore, leads to great emotions, and that is one of the keys to getting unstuck. Foster a positive mental state and get unstuck by changing your physiology!
