1. Drink Caffine - Caffine not only gives us energy but it stimulates your ability to concerntrate, improves mood and increases motivation. Being alert helps you better understand information.

2. Read more - Reading opens your mind up to new topics and stimulates your neural pathways, which in turn, improves brain function.

3. Surround yourself with like-minded people - Spending time with people who are smarter than you will help you make connections with people who will continue to motivate and inspire you.

4. Start exercising daily - Research shows that there is a strong connection between physical activity and brain function. Physical exercise promotes neuron growth which improves brain function.

5. Learn a new language - Speaking more than one language improves cognitive ability and multitaking. Switching between languages requires more cognitive function and makes the brain work harder.

6. Look for learning opportunities - Just because you finished studying at University doesn’t mean you have finished learning in life. Life is a continous journey of lessons and teachings. Use them as an opportunity to grow.

7. Lower your screen time - Studies have shown that excessive smart phone usage is detrimental to cognitive performance. Delete unnecessary apps and set screen time limits.

8. Practice meditation - Meditation is a powerful tool to improve brain function and increase emotional intelligence. Meditation helps to manage stress, anxiety and frees up mental space to learn new skills.

9. Let your imagination run wild - Daydreaming and thinking creatively helps you to process information and connect ideas in your mind. This can help stimulate brain function and memory.

10. Reflect on what you've learned - Being smart means you are able to apply your knowledge. Reflection allows you to obtain and retain information which give you the ability to use that information in everyday activities.

Are you sick of feeling hopeless. Anxious lost, or maybe you're going through this journey of life, but you're not quite sure where you're going. Well, something that I learned today is that every single thing in life is preparing you for something. So whether it's that past mistake or your regrets, or maybe it's time that you think you've wasted, everything in your life is teaching you something. So imagine if you are behind the wheel of a car and sometimes you'll be driving in the right direction with purpose and know exactly where you need to be. And other times you might be driving out of desperation and that is okay. It is in the moments in life where we truly find out who we are. Remember that everything happens for a reason. Trust in the process and get after it. Have a great day, everybody.

1.Embrace Being Wrong - There is so much personal growth in not just your mistakes but admitting you’re wrong. Admitting fault is hard for most people because of their ego. Get comfortable with being wrong and use it as an opportunity for growth.

2.Get Comfortable Being Uncomfortable - The ability and openess to negative emotions and dicomfort is the likelihood of success. Getting used to being uncomfortable teaches you to handle whatever life throws at you and builds resilience.

3.Seek Education and Knowledge - People who truly advance in life are those who learn. Invest time in learning and reading. Education over entertainment always leads to success.

4. Always Give and Overdeliver - Most people have the mindset of a taker rather than a giver. Rather than asking the question, “what’s in it for me?”, simply ask, “What’s in it for you?”. When you are expected to give, overdeliver and exceed expectations.

5. Be Realistic - Dream big, set goals and don’t limit yourself. However it’s important to be honest with yourself. Look at life objectively and state the facts. Being realistic and honest with yourself creates clarity and a deeper understanding of yourself.

6. Create Your Why - Your why is the reason you set goals. If you already have a why, deepen it. This will strengthen your connection to your purpose and motivate you to reach your goals.

7.Keep yourself Motivated - Noone else is going to do it for you. You are in control of your emotions. If you feel unmotivated, try tweek or change things up a bit.

8.Get Clear On Your Goals - Most people are vague about their goals and limit themselves to certain areas of life. The more detailed your goals and visions are, the more clarity you will have in life. Make sure to meet deadlines and take action.

Rejection - A person who attaches a moderate amount of importance to him/herself will remain calm in the face of rejection.

Argument Style - When a disagreement arrises, if someone attacks you and not the problem, often they will be negative individuals.

Change In Emotion - A person who is able to control their emotions is someone you would want to spend more time with as it shows emotional stability.

Questions - If you look at how fast someone answers a question. This can show you whether they are introvrted or extroverted. It can also tell you how thoughtful a person is or maybe how self-concious they may be.

Gossiping - If someone is willing to gossip to you, it means they have no qualms gossiping about you. There is such thing as good gossip just make sure to focus on the content of the gossip to know whether it is true or constructive.

Changing Of Plans - Depending on how someone reacts to a last minute change of plans will say if they is flexible or rigid. Neither is bad, just find out which ones work for you.

Blame & Shame - Someone able to admit their fault is usually responsible and honest and also gives you an indication of what they think of themselves.

Less Fotunate - Listen to how someone treats & talks to a person less fortunate. This will tell you if they are empathetic or self-absorbed.

Where They Live - No, not their home address. Listen to if their conversations centre around the past, present or future. This will tell you if a person is regretful or nastalgic.

Use & Abuse - Take careful notice to see if someone really enjoys your company or they just stick around because of what they can get.

Other Feelings - When decision making, do they consider the decisions of other people. This can show if someone is selfish or selfless.

Phone Checking - Studies reveal that if someone is constantly checking their phone or refreshing their new feed, they are considered emotionally unstable and trying to fix their mood.

Punctuality - People who are generally on time are proactive, self-motivated and organised. Those who are not are not always considered inconsiderate, but rather laid back.

Express Emotions - People who cannot talk about their feelings have a traumatic history.

Insults - Someone who accepts an insult is generally happy as opposed to a insecure person, who gets very defensive. People who are confident will be happy to joke about it.

How do we develop a routine and stick to one? | Stick to a schedule everday

Decide Whats In Your Routine - Do you want to get in shape or have more time to yourself? Making sure you know what is important to you before starting is key!

Set Small Goals - First create your big goal, then break it into smaller goals. Having a big goal that you want to achieve is great but it can result in failure if you take on too much.

Create A Plan - Start by planning one week at a time. Plan small and build on your achievements. Write it all in your calender to keep you accountable.

Be Consistent - If you want to read daily. Try to do that at the same time everyday. Completeing tasks early in the day when you have the most motivation allows you to enjoy the rest of the day freely.

Preparation - In order to minimize delay, make sure you know exactly what needs to be done before you start. If you want to go to gym in the morning, set your gym clothes and equipment out the night before.

Have Fun - trying to achieve new goals is never easy, but that shouldn’t stop you from making it fun. Find an accountability buddy, put on your favorite playlist or take on a course to help you enjoy your new routine.

Track Progress - Create a visual calender or journal so you can check off each task as you complete them. Put the most important tasks at the top and work your way down from there. This provides organization structure and accountability.

Reward Yourself - Once you have cracked the new routine, go out and do something you enjoy. You’ve earned it. Small rewards on a consistent basis inspire continous motivation and progress.
