Famous words by Jay Shetty.

Use T.I.M.E every monring when you get out of bed and watch you life change!

DO NOT SNOOZE! - It causes fragmented sleep because the extra 15 minutes or sleep time you are getting is not productive sleep. This usually leads to you feeling tired and foggy!  I use a principle called T.I.M.E.

1.)THANKFUL- Find 5 things to be greatful for everyday. Write them down and say them out loud. Be thankful for opportunities in your life whether it be for loved ones, gifts, friends, nature, lessons, food, shelter or health. Gratitude improves one’s outlook on life.

2.) INSPIRATION- Find inspiration in something everyday. Listen to a podcast, red a book, review your journal to remind you of the lessons you have learned or volenteer. Inspiration shows us new opportunities and allows us to exceed our normal limitations and experiences.

3.)MEDITATION- Use meditation to reflect on you life. Sit in a qu  iet space or lie down. Close your eyes and breathe in for 4 seconds, hold for 4 seconds and breathe out for 4 seconds. Make sure you breathe into your stomach and lungs. Repeat this action while breathing in positive energy and thoughts and breathing out the negative enegery and thoughts until you feel at peace. Meditation brings calm and balance into one’s life.

4.)EXERCISE- Whatever exercise you prefer to do, just get after it! This will get those endorphins going and set the rest of your day up for success.  TIP: Make sure to get at least 7–8 hours of sleep everynight.  TRY IT FOR A WEEK AND WATCH YOUR LIFE CHANGE!

What Can You Tell About Someone Just By Looking At Them | Don't Judge A Book By It's Cover | DAILY LESSONS

1.) Narcissist - You can be considered a narcissist if you often wear clothes that are brighter and also wear more accessories. Narcissists do this consciously or unconsciously in order to project their appearance motives.

2.) Actions & Movements - People tend to lean towards people they like and lean away from people they don’t like. People leaning in, with hands out and open and palms facing up, it shows they are connecting with you in some way. However if they are hiding their hands, it could mean they are hiding something. Crossing arms or legs is considered a position of anger, defensiveness or self-protection. Lip biting or cuticle picking could show that someone is trying to soothe themselves in an awkward situation.

3.) Shoes - Your Shoe choice can be an indicator of your personality. People with comfortable shoes tend to be more agreeable and people with uncomfortable shoes, more calm. If you wear Ankle shoes you are considered aggressive and if you wear well maintained shoes you are considered anxious or clingy.

4.) Smile - If you are extroverted you smile naturally while introverted people smile more to maintain a happy look in public. You can also usually gauge this by someone's body language when they smile.

5.) Walking Style - If you walk with your weight forward and quickly, you are considered to be logical and organised whereas if you walk with your shoulders pulled back and your head held high, you are considered charismatic and socially adept. (Also might love the spotlight!) If you are light on your toes, you are often considered an introvert or polite.

6.) Eating Style - If you eat fast, you are likely ambitious, open to try new things, goal-oriented and possibly impatient whereas Slow eaters show they are in control and appreciate life. Adventurous eaters will step out of their comfort zones while picky eaters are difficult to please.

7.) Intelligence - For men, longer shaped faces, big nose and distance between the eyes means you are smarter as opposed to broader rounder faces with a small nose and gap between the eyes. You cannot tell a woman’s intelligence by looking at her.

8.) Posture - People who hold their head high are generally more confident and if they are indecisive or cower when walking, they might have low self-esteem.

9.) Selfies - It might seem desperate or a need for attention but If you happen to look more positive in a selfie, you are potentially open to more experiences.

10.) Leadership - The best leaders will display their characters transparently for everyone to see. Leaders will expose their values, beliefs, morals and convictions clearly in public. Leaders have integrity and do not question their character.

How to deal with regrets from the past. DO THIS!! Tips to help you with regret | DAILY LESSONS

1m · Published 09 Oct 15:57

Are you suffering with regret? Are you constantly thinking about something you did in the past and you just can't forgive youself? Here are some steps that have worked for me.

Tips for coping with regret:

1)Practice Self Acceptance - Accept what you are feeling because everyone makes mistakes. Your value isn't defined by your mistakes and failures.

2)Forgive Yourself - This was the hardest part for me. Beating yourself up with guilt, fear, anxiety and shame sparks more neagativity in your life. Let go of anger, resentment, dissapointment as these cause us more pain and suffering. Practice self compassion and don't punish yourself. Be kind to yourself but also take responsibiity for your actions.

3)Apologize Forgive yourself but it's also helpful to apologize to other people if they were involved in the regret. A sincere apology show others that you feel remorse and that you empathize with them.

4)Take Action - Use those experiences to fuel future action. Consider what you would change and do differently. It's important to note that what is in the past cannot be changed, but you can reframe it and learn from it to make better choices in the future. Past event don't determine your future. Past mistakes make us who we are today.

How do I deal with SELF ESTEEM and SELF CONFIDENCE | How to deal with low SELF ESTEEM and CONFIDENCE | DAILY LESSONS

If you think someones else think’s you are smart, you will allow yourself to feel smart. But if you think someone else thinks your weak, you allow yourself to feel weak. We let what we think other people think of us, define the choices that we make on a daily basis.

Criticize - Critics are always super judgemental and will find something wrong with everyone they come accross. It challenges our sense of value which in turn, makes us feel insecure and not worthy. It implies judgement which creates anger and defensiveness.

Compare - Competitors are always complaining and trying to compare themselves with other people. They are always focusing on other people which puts focus on the wrong person when rather they should be looking inward at themselves. Comparing is energy sapping and leads to low self esteem.

Complain - Nothing will ever be right or good enough for them. They are always looking for reasons to find something wrong with anything. Complaining increases your level of cortisol which in turn leads to stress. Studies have shown for it to even cause damage to the brain.

Below are some tips to help you with low self esteem:  Write a list of things you admire about yourself - It can be hard, but sit down and think about what good traits you have. Acknowledging your skills and likable traits can improve self-talk. Buy a journal and use it to reflect.

Stop being a people pleaser - People who have low self esteem try to please other people. They put others first before prioritizing their own mental health. These people are easily overwhealmed and it causes stress. Be kind and help others but put yourself first!

Step outside your comfort zone - Low self-esteem causes us to go back into our shells and avoid challenges and opportunities. Try something new, even if it may be difficult at first. By succeeding in something small, it can have a major boost of overall self-esteem and confidence.

Forgive yourself for any past thoughts - Your self-worth and the progress you make in life should not be connected to other people. It’s not easy at first, but staying away from social media is a massive step in the right direction. Remember people only share the best moments of their lives on social media. Detox and forgive yourself. Noone is perfect.

Celebrate your wins - Any win is a victory, no matter how small. Acknowledge those feelings or achievement and pride and, embrace them. This helps to grow self confidence and belief in oneself and in turn, improve self-esteem.

Let go of negative or toxic people - Holding onto toxic relationships prevents personal growth. Regret is associated with guilt and shame. All of which spark negativity. Learn to let go of the things in your past. This is your life and it is playing out exactly how it is meant to be.

Surround yourself with positive people - Build relationships with people around you who share the same ideas, goals and ambitions as you. Find people who are positive and appreciate you for who you are.

Take care of your body - Start exercising more regularly or try a new sport. Go for long walks and reflect on your wins. Start meditating and writing a journal. Sign up to a yoga class or start stretching. Fill your body with healthy foods and nutrients. Find a healthy routine that works for you and stick to it.

Use these tips to better yourself mentally and physically and watch your self-esteem flourish and improve your life.  Negativity is contagious. Stay away from it! Hang in there, you’re not alone.
