For the most part when someone comes to us with a situation they are experiencing, we are prompt to offer our help and unconditional support. We make any changes to the plan, the unplanned and anything, in order to be of full support to someone else, which can be a loved one, a friend, a coworker, pretty much anybody.

Sit with these questions: How do you treat yourself after a setback? What words of encouragement are you using with yourself? How much attention do you pay to yourself on a daily basis?

Mindful Moments. ✨

Integrating tools such as mindfulness in our lives, might seem uncomfortable, different, and even confusing at times, however, as it is a practice breaking through previous habits, and consciously implementing new ones, patience, curiosity and open mind play a key role on this lifelong journey.

And because I can share from experience the impact that the tool of Mindfulness have in the human lives, I decided to run a 30 days of Mindful Moments across all my social medias: Instagram, Private Facebook Group, LinkedIn and TikTok. If you haven’t connected with me through one of them, or all of them ;), perhaps this is the month you’ll like to do so. I’ll be posting a daily short video on how to become more mindful throughout your days, and that’s how we begin. It is never too late friend, and the truth is that by living a more mindful mind=being more present and actively engaged.

If you feel called to embark on this journey, we will begin on September 1st, and if you are still not sure how to receive the daily videos, reply to this email, and I'll guide you. We are in this life journey together, and we can still make the best out of this year.

Accept people for who they are. 🤝👥

Acceptance is the ability to see that others have a right to be their own unique person. The ability to accept others for who they are, rather than for what you want them to be or want them to think, is KEY in every relationship. Remember that the only person you can change is YOU.

In cases where decisions must be made, what do you do? I have learned to make a decision based on possibilities, rather than probabilities, and as being my own lab, that’ll be the way to see for yourself what worked, what can be improved and what needs to be released for you to move forward and make the next decision. What about thoughts you're having, have you asked yourself what could happen if you intentionally choose to switch from thoughts that could be stopping you or limiting you on potential possibilities?

You can always do your best, don’t you think? I’m not talking about perfection here, I'm referring to trying to see every rising, every moment, every breath, as an opportunity to try your best. Why? Because you can only try, consciously, you trying means that you care, that you are actively engaged and aware, and that you can also acknowledge that if you didn’t do something as you would have wanted to, you can definitely try AGAIN. Remember you are not alone, because I do too, work on doing my best every single day. As a coach I can help you do your very best!!!

Indecisions. 🤷‍♀️🧐

Have you ever faced a moment where indecision has taken over all your body...causing anxiety, stress, overthinking, fears, and let’s not forget a ton of worries and the endless "what if’s'?


For way too long I believed that allowing others to decide for me was the right thing to do, because they knew better, and if something “wrong” happened or something did not come out the way I expected or even imagined, it was easier to blame someone else. Once I started coaching myself, I was able to see clearly that whatever decision I make, is me being responsible and accountable for my own actions, plans, goals, etc. If something doesn’t happen as “expected”, I now see the lesson, the experience, and make the next decision.

Think about this for a moment: if we were to ask a question, isn’t it better to ask the right ones. The minute we begin to ask the right questions in our lives, we begin to free ourselves from expectations, from assumptions. We free others from the hook, we begin to shift away from blame, victim thinking and even complaining. Let's begin to ask the right questions, for you to be in control of your life and write your own life story.

Why Mindfulness and Self-love coaching? 🙏

Thanks to the tools of Mindfulness, Self-love, Meditation and Yoga, I decided not to stay in the circle of limitations and beliefs that could stop me from being of service to myself, my daughters, and to the world. I no longer believe that external validations, quick wins, and disconnection with the self are fulfilling to humanity. Such discoveries have led me here, to be of service as a coach for women, on  how to overcome limiting beliefs and self-doubts, on how to tap into their self-worth, and set goals in their lives.

Facing changes!! 💪👊

Changes may seem scary. Thinking about it can even provoke agitation because of the uncertainty caused by the decisions that must be made in order to move forward. I have been having these thoughts in mind, directing me to do some changes, and the little voice inside of me was trying to make excuses over possibilities. In today's episode I'll share with you how to sit through the discomfort to allow the answers to be clear for ourselves. If you are facing difficulties identifying the direction you wish to take on, I can help you!! Staying in uncertainty won’t get you the results you desire, only action will unfold the possibilities ahead of you‼️
