9. Scams, Relationships & Growth

59m · Published 02 Jun 12:33

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about how relationships are like mirrors. They reflect our work back to ourselves prompting us to work on our own self-healing and self-discovery. It is easy to be disillusioned by love and to believe that relationships look like they do in the movies or our favorite TV shows, but the truth is that our partners are there to trigger us, and through this we are prompted to make massive growth sometimes more than or faster than we can make alone.

So, what does a healthy relationship even look like? We chat about how relationships can be powerful tools to show us what we value and how sharing this with our partners can help create new levels of unity.

Have you ever truthfully asked yourself ‘what do I want out of a relationship?’ What do I value?

Identifying what your purpose for being in, or what you are looking for in a relationship can be very helpful in creating a healthy, conscious, and constructive relationship or finding a relationship that is a safe space for you to grow as a person.

Hi Babes,

Do you feel disconnection in, or from your relationship? Do you know what you desire from a relationship? Or how about what you value?

In this episode, we have a conversation around relationships and how they can be a playground for growth or keep us living within an old pattern craving but not claiming something we feel is missing within us or a wound that was created in our childhood around love and what it looked like, what it felt like, and how it was expressed.

7. Body Mindfulness and Processing Trauma

49m · Published 14 May 22:18

In this episode we talk about connecting with your body after different life experiences and how trauma shows up in the body. We often disconnect from our bodies unintentionally as a way of protection, this disconnection which is triggered to keep us safe, ultimately leads to holding emotions in the body which can become toxic if not processed. As they say “the body keeps score,” meaning, the body has an innate ability to let us know when there has been an  unprocessed emotion or trauma. It can almost feel like the body knocking at the door and saying “Hey, it's time we deal with this.” But on the surface this can manifest in physical injury, illnesses, or just completely shutting down (going into fight or flight) in unsafe situations. We all have our own way of responding to our environments based on our past experiences, in this episode we will share with you how you can begin to create safety in your body which can lead to you unlocking a deeper awareness of your intuition.  __________________________________________________________________

Hi Babes,

Do you feel like you are in a war with your body? Are you seeing emotional matters manifest in injury, illness or chronic fatigue? Do you want to understand WHY these things are showing up instead of feeling even more frustrated and stuck?

In this episode, we discuss tools and methods that will be helpful in guiding you towards connecting less with your mental body, and more with your physical body which is the key to your intuition. We will discuss how to tap into understanding your body through listening to cues and triggers, as well as how to trust yourself more through your body’s communication with you.

6. Timing, Triggers and The Emotion of Anger

37m · Published 07 May 19:29

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about the emotion of anger. Anger is a topic which many coaches and therapists feel there is more depth to- like an iceberg, anger is what is shown, but there is much more under the surface. While this has truth, anger can also just be that. We discuss what anger is, learning your triggers, and tools to help you navigate these explosive moments which are a normal part of human life. We’ll also help you see moments of anger with new eyes so that you can have more mindfulness around your reaction to this emotion.

_______________________________

Hi Babes,

Do you feel like you are easily triggered by people, sounds or environment? Do you feel guilt or remorse after you explode? Do you feel frustrated because you want to change this pattern but not sure how?

5. Empaths, Emotional Detox and Cats

44m · Published 30 Apr 21:43

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about being an Empath. Learning that you are an Empath can help you navigate your environments and relationships with more ease. If you are an Empath who doesn't know it, or isn't aware of your feelings, it can cause an emotional toll that habitually leads to burn out and exhaustion.

An Empath is a highly sensitive person who feels others’ feelings. It is a way of connecting and interacting with the world around you that can give you information you can sense and feel that others may not have access to (information about people- how they feel, if they are telling the truth or being authentic, your surroundings- if you are in a safe environment, and your spiritual walk as a soul- are you in alignment.) This can be an amazing gift, but if not managed through energy protection, can be detrimental to your health. We will discuss steps to help you navigate your gifts to find more flow with the world around you.

__________________________________________________________________

Hi Babes,

Do you take on others' emotions? Do you feel your own emotions on a deep intense level? How do you handle feeling all these emotions? In this episode, we drive deep into different types of Empaths, including the Emotional Empath, as well as what it is like to be an Empath.

4. Release, Letting Go & Microsteps

48m · Published 23 Apr 22:03

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about taking ownership of your life and how it helps us to ultimately let go. Life can feel like many occurrences of learning how to release. When we uplevel (grow) spiritually, we sometimes outgrow our environments and the things we have in them. This phenomenon comes from the Universal Law of like attracts like, meaning that when we grow we will be prompted to release as well- we might find it feels like we cannot take our old tools with us on our new journey. So, how can we have grace and ease in this process?

__________________________________________________________________

Hi Babes,

Do you feel like you have been living in a massive state of growth this year and are being asked to reflect on your life by taking a survey of everything in it? This year has already proved itself with a massive shift in vibration marked with many feeling deeply called to respect the life cycle of release and growth.

Whether you're feeling a pull to release something within you that no longer feels aligned (a behavior, a wounded story, an action or trigger,) or you are feeling called to shift your life circumstances or environment, you are not alone. Releasing from what no longer serves you is so important, but that can be hard right? Change is no easy feat.

If we try to jump too quickly into massive change (even if we feel like it does align) we can often feel a sense of 3 steps forward and 5 steps back. In this episode we talk about making small (micro) steps to find more peace with, and around the things that we need to let go of, and how to move forward past what we are calling ‘stuckness.’

We all have the ability to change but can we give ourselves the grace and patience it requires to healthily get there? If you feel like the wait time for massive life change is draining you, consider where you are in attachment to a specific outcome that you can release from, and instead hold space for divine will to work its magic.

3. Decision Debt, Bring It On, & The Signs

34m · Published 16 Apr 23:32

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about how to navigate your world when you need to make decisions that bring up fear within you. When we stay stuck in inaction we prevent ourselves from moving forward towards a greater level of alignment to our truth. Decision debt is the accumulation of fear and uncertainty around making a choice (or multiple choices.) The more debt we accumulate the more stuck we feel-- and the more misalignment we will attract into our lives. Remember friends that no decision is still a decision, so it’s time to get unstuck, gain confidence, and get clear on what it is you desire.

________________________________

Hi Babes,

Are you stuck at a crossroads? Do you have important decisions to make but feel like you're not 100% sure what to do so you just keep your life on pause? You are not alone!

Making decisions is tough especially when we feel we don't trust ourselves and/or we are stuck in decision debt which is the accumulation of fear, insecurities, and uncertainty around a choice. Decision debt can keep us paralized and in inaction, but our strength and power will always live within our ability to make aligned choices and take aligned actions to our soul’s journey and express our Higher Selves.

In this episode we talk about decision debt, self trust, and how a choice not to make a choice is still a choice. We’ll give you tools to navigate your world with greater alignment, and practical ways to get out of your head and into your intuition to help you learn to trust yourself so making the big decisions in life aint no thang!

2. Comparison, Emotions & The Word Little Use Too Many Times

41m · Published 09 Apr 11:37

Episode Notes

In this episode we talk about how to validate your emotions instead of rating your pain in comparison to others. Comparison can prevent us from self acceptance and keep us from making true lasting progress in our lives. It’s important to process our emotions allowing them to move through a complete purification process which quiets the narrator inside your mind and prevents you from internalizing your situation which can lead to long term suffering. Don’t push your feelings or suffering to the side by comparing your suffering to that of another’s.

__________________________________________________________________

Hi Babes,

Do you get stuck in comparison? We are influenced by so many things on a daily basis, our spheres of influence (ei. Friends and acquaintances, our family) social media and society. But what happens when we compare our experiences to another’s?

In this episode we will talk about comparison vs. comparative suffering and how it can be dangerous to keep our eyes on another’s paper. This can cause us to feel inadequate or negate our own experiences and invalidate our own emotions which are important indicators in our lives.

We’ll give you tools to support the processing of your emotions and grounded ways to stop the harmful effects of comparison.
