I share some personal anecdotes and insights on how to improve communication and create understanding and trust whether that be with yourself or others. A few tips to improve communication are active listening, managing expectations, and challenging one's own beliefs to improve effective communication skills.

Welcome to the first episode of the 2024! The first season of the Healthy Mind, Happy Life podcast. Of course, it is required to reflect on the past year. I have been through a huge spiritual and healing journey that I am finally to disclose aspect of.

This journey was vastly different than any other. It was difficult navigating shifts that I experienced in 2023. In this episode I discuss letting go of anger and perfectionism through self-reflection and ceremonial releases. I find it important to acknowledge achievements, no matter how small, and to practice gratitude for personal growth.

As 2024 begins, remember to set new intentions and to consider what you would stop doing if you had only one year left to live.
