This podcast speaks to the daily pandemonium that goes into surviving a day in a pandemic in South Africa. It highlights the inseparable relationship between our external and internal environment - how everything outside of us is messing up with everything inside of us, and how this subsequently disables us from responding to the demands required to push us forward. Herein is also carried some of the challenges typical South Africans face in attempting to navigate the metaphoric hand grenades thrown at them everyday.
