How to be nice to yourself when your body changes

The past nine months have been no joke. COVID-19 has caused global trauma, prolonged stress, and new ways of life. While the internet may be flooded with "Quarantine-15" jokes, we know that deep down body changes can make us feel a variety of emotions, least of all humor.
