This episode was one that could have lasted forever. Aly and I go back to 2009 one of my first friends in college. Aly is a gifted performer, trainer, business owner, and much more. The return of the podcast with a strong episode is all I can ask for. Aly and her team, founders/creators of the Ness, have taken over the world with trampoline fitness.

The ness denotes a quality or state of being, the ness is an intimate experience where fit [ness] meets your [ness]. The workout method is anything but ordinary, offering bounce, a beat-based trampoline class that will challenge you both mentally and physically and sculpt, the perfect complement to bounce that will leave you strong, balanced, and focused.

I hope you all enjoy this episode as it was very fun for both of us. Comment below on if you have ever tried trampoline fitness, and tell me about your experience.

Thank you to everyone who has supported my podcast thus far I truly hope you are enjoying them. Comment below on what other topics you would like to hear about. Want to be a guest? Shoot me a message.

I had the pleasure to sit down with a former colleague and friend Virginia Sanchez. Virginia is a coach with bullybuiltllccoaching, personal trainer, student, and a future lawyer.   When it comes to creating lasting changes in our health, we often fall into the trap of making ambitious goals that we expect to easily accomplish. After about two weeks, many of us find ourselves slipping back into old habits and forgetting why we wanted to make those changes in the first place. We sat down and listened to her journey and realized what it truly means to have a lifestyle change.   In this episode, we hit on nutrition, women and strength training, goals, and truly sticking to a committed plan. I hope you enjoy it.

I had the pleasure to sit down with a former colleague and friend Joel Green. Joel is one of a heck of a businessman but an awesome motivational speaker. He recently just gave a great ted talk that you should all listen to.   Everyone has a different definition of motivation. What is motivation? How do we overcome failure? What do we do when motivation is low?

I had the pleasure to sit down with Dr. Sean Coleman. I met Sean at Vincera where I spent my first clinical and over the years have watched him thrive at what he enjoys. Dr. Sean wants to empower those around him to show that good care can take you a long way. We sat down talked about passion, purpose, and TPI for the golfers out there.

As young clinicians and SPTs, we often look up to leaders and mentors to help us and guide us to a path of finding passion in our work. Sean gives some great tips to young clinicians on how to find the perfect fit but also are they the perfect fit for you.

If you are passionate about the work you do then let your passion roar. To continue to grow in your field continue to learn and continue to be open-minded to ideas. Put the focus on what you want to see and extra effort to make the vision come alive.

I had the pleasure to sit down with Transformation Coach Dr. Levi Deike. Levi was the ultimate level of calm that you experience. As we discussed various topics I find myself relaxing more throughout the entire time.

Having a proper coach allows us to be open to the connectedness between us all. Infusing positivity into intentions and actions creates more space for personal thriving and achievement in all aspects of life. Levi took that to the next level with his vision and what he is influencing others to do.

The powerful process of coaching enables the inspiration to ignite change. With all of the plentiful distractions of modern life, a great life coach will help clarity to develop within their clients. Those who have clarity around purpose, personal values, and personal priorities can, in turn, interact with the world as their highest self. Hope you all enjoy this episode!

SWIFT Podcast Episode 9

28m · Published 07 Mar 12:39

I had the pleasure to sit down with a good friend who is a teacher, a fitness instructor, small business owner, trainer, and an athlete. The list of her roles is endless but her spirits are high. In the mix of her resume she works hard but is the happiest person you can meet, ready to rock everyday. We talk about work life balance and so much more. Jess shared a powerful message in this episode so enjoy.

Imagine life as a game in which you are juggling some five balls in the air. You name them — work, family, health, friends and spirit and you’re keeping all of these in the air. You will soon understand that work is a rubber ball. If you drop it, it will bounce back. But the other four balls — family, health, friends, and spirit — are made of glass. If you drop one of these, they will be damaged, or even shattered. They will never be the same. You must understand that and strive for balance in your life.
