Johnny is a former special operations Army Ranger with 4 combat tours between Iraq and Afghanistan who also protected the US Ambassador to Iraq in Baghdad with a private firm for 5 years. Through a decade in and out of the middle East he has come out to now empower men to find their strength in their masculinity and confidence in who they choose to be, not what society tells them. He uses his podcast The Art of Masculinity to share how men struggle universally from special operations to everyday men to millionaires and provides tools to teach men how to grow and persevere through their struggles. He reminds them that they aren't alone and understanding themselves is their greatest strength.

Carah is a trauma-informed Psychotherapist with a Master of Arts Degree in Professional Counseling and training with the Somatic Experiencing Trauma Institute and the International Association of Trauma Professionals. She has also trained as a Registered Yoga Teacher, Yoga Nidra and Second Degree Reiki Healer. She believe it’s important to integrate body-mind-spirit into my work with women to assist them in finding their way back to their true selves and meeting their highest potential, in all areas of life. It is her belief that behavior does not define a person, however is a symptom of a deep-seated concern. She is passionate about helping women heal through unearthing and resolving these concerns so that they may grow into their true self and wellness.

Lauren has had an amazing transformation and on this episode she is going to share with us her journey of overcoming a 10-year long struggle with prescription addiction, overcoming her anxiety and depression and going from taking 27 highly-addictive medications to now taking only 1!
