where you are and where you want to be.
-What small steps can you take to improve your health? Drink more water,
drink less soda or drinks filled with sugar.
-Find the gap and then plan out how you are going to close that gap.
-The past does not equal your future. You can change your story and the
course of your lifestyle at any time. You just have to start.
-You are in full control, you just have to break the past patterns that have
been in you for so long.
-A healthy lifestyle is not hard, you just need to make a decision. Enough
is enough and start closing the gap!
-Don't compare your wellness journey with others, this is your journey and
no one else's.
-Wind and water are what creates the waves. So let's create massive waves by
breaking out of the bad patterns and being intentional with our health.
