59m · Published 29 Aug 09:00

Today, I'm joined by one of my very good friends, Kristina Frankel! Kristina is a lawyer, an author, a half marathoner, a podcast host, Swiftie and all around fun person! Her book, Forever London comes out today and you can find it on her website and stardust publish.com, on Amazon and on the Barnes & Noble website.

On today's episode, we talk dating (okay, so we were weirdly interrupted, but still...), Taylor Swift and what it's like to be born in 1989, writing books, fun facts and honestly, SO MUCH MORE.

A reflection. The year the followed. Heal where you've been hurt.

53m · Published 19 Jul 09:00

Hi friend! I know it's been a while, and that's because I KNEW this episode had to be the next episode, I just couldn't bring myself to record it.
This episode is all about the abusive relationship that I was in from June of 2021 to July of 2022 and the year that followed after I felt. It's taken a year, but I FINALLY feel like I'm exactly where I'm supposed to be. This is a message to the woman I was 2 years ago, to the woman I was a year ago, the woman I am now...and of course you, especially if you need to hear it. You are SO WORTHY of living a life you are RIDICULOUSLY happy with.

Hi friends! Welcome to May. If you didn't know, May is Mental Health Awareness Month. To celebrate, I wanted to bring on every day people, just like you, to talk about their journeys! As a disclaimer, neither one of us are mental health professionals and we are speaking on our own experiences.

To start us off, meet Lindsey (best name ever, I know). On this episode Lindsey shares about being diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses (POTS and Ehlers Danlos Syndrome), generalized anxiety disorder, and seasonal affective disorder amongst other things, how being vulnerable has helped her grow, starting a business, finding online communities, finding your people and SO much more.
