22m · Published 09 Feb 08:41

In this episode, I want to share part 2 of a personal story that has been tough to share and how I almost threw in the towel on my business on December 31st, 2023.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) 2023 brought incredible challenges that were not easy to navigate and brought up a ton of doubts, lack of belief, and imposter syndrome.

2) I found myself putting the wall up/armor because it wasn’t safe to share yet, and feeling lost and lack of belief in myself.

3) Getting clear on the vision I wanted, I cleaned up the energy leaks, focused on how I wanted my life and business to feel, and went all in on myself, my health, my business, and my clients and I started making it fun again!

662 | A Healthy Body Doesn’t Die with Ian Clarke

1h 11m · Published 08 Feb 08:36

In this episode, we speak with CEO Ian Clarke. At 46, Ian was bankrupt and given 1000 days left to live. 5 years later, he survived and built a raw supplement business direct to consumers from his basement which reached hundreds of thousands of people in 2 years. He hopes to share this wild story of how it happened, what the business did, how he used it to escape early death, and how others can learn how to manage and heal their own body. Ian is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Activation Products (Can) Inc. and has built a solid reputation for valuable research in the natural health space developing the most effective protocols and products that support natural healing.

Now at the age of 65, his health and energy levels are better than when he was 25 years old but this was not the case in 2004. At the age of forty-six, two significant life-threatening health issues hit him in the same year! It was during 2004-2007 that as a husband and father of seven children, he sought out the most effective health products for natural healing to avoid medical operations and drugs. In 2007, Activation Products was founded with his wife and seven children. Over the last 16 years, he has enjoyed a wonderful health transformation for himself, his family, and literally hundreds of thousands of Activation clients internationally, and more need to know how to heal their own bodies.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) Ian shares his incredibly powerful story about healing himself, and escaping an early death with a myriad of health issues by getting curious, asking questions, becoming a seeker, and implementing the changes to amplify his quality of health and his life overall.

2) When you change your physiology, you change your emotions, which is energy in motion, this changes your thoughts, which changes your beliefs, your behaviours, your results, and in turn your physiology, and that continues to repeat the cycle.

661 | What Changed In January 2024 – Part 1

14m · Published 05 Feb 08:55

In this episode, I want to share a personal story that has been tough to share and how I almost threw in the towel on my business on December 31st, 2023.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) 2023 brought incredible challenges that were not easy to navigate and brought up a ton of doubts, lack of belief, and imposter syndrome. This is a personal story and a year of living in my fight or flight era that I didn’t want to go back to but had to. I know I am meant to do something more or bigger with this part of the story, so I figured why not share it here on my podcast?

2) Massive financial challenges, family health issues, mental health, inflation, economy, starting a coaching certification, tapping into the vision that I could do something I had never done before, and putting the wall up because it wasn’t safe to share yet, and feeling lost and lack of belief in myself.

3) Stay tuned for Part 2 in the next solo episode #663

660 | Change Is Not Meant To Be Comfortable

12m · Published 02 Feb 08:15

In this episode, I want to squash a belief that we all seem to have that when things are uncomfortable we must be going the wrong way.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) Your subconscious mind is wired for safety. It is its primary #1 job. So unknown is scary and fear is real, so how can you prime yourself that fear is just a sign that you are doing something new?

2) A belief is a thought you keep having and perceptions are a collection of beliefs, so it requires conscious interruption of your subconscious thoughts and patterns, and to interrupt the patterns and perceptions, your thoughts have to be so hardwired that you override the subconscious thoughts on loop. You change the story of what uncomfortable means.

658 | How To Move From Setback To Success

16m · Published 29 Jan 09:52

In this episode, I am sharing how to reframe my setbacks to see them as the stepping stone setbacks are the thoughts, and success is the feelings, and the difficult times have taught me lessons and they have taught me exactly what I need to know to get to today. When you can reframe the setback you experienced instead of seeing it as a failure

In this episode, we discuss:

1) The way we view our setbacks will determine what we make them mean about ourselves. Every single setback sets us up with stepping stones to build our steps to success.

2) I shared a personal experience of how I show love, respect, and gratitude to my younger self because her work, mindset, and commitment brought me to today.

657 | Close Down The Old Chapter With Love

18m · Published 26 Jan 08:37

In this episode, I am sharing a mix of my limited knowledge of Astrology, Human Design, and my personal story, so buckle up, it’s time for some real backstories. This was inspired by my talk at the High Vibe Women’s Summit in KW, being a panel host and panelist at the same time, stretching and trusting myself, and going ALL IN on myself. Something shifted in me during this event and it only happens when you put yourself in the spaces to stretch and grow.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) It is the closing of a 15-year chapter in Astrology for 4 cardinal signs, and myself and my husband are in that cycle. This had me go back and look at where I was 15 years ago and it stopped me in my tracks. This example has me thinking of The Gap and the Gain which is one of my favorite books, and it had me connecting so many dots in my life. So get ready for a personal episode!

2) As I share these parts of my own personal story and see an old chapter close, I close it with love, knowing it shaped me into the person I am today. It might feel like an oversharer, yet I am also a 4/6 Sacral Generator in Human Design and this had me remembering that I am meant to live these lessons, and then share them with others so that they can see themselves in my story. That is a strength of mine and when I am not playing in that realm, I am in a disservice to others.

655 | Let Your Beliefs Grow To Match Your Vision

16m · Published 22 Jan 07:04

This episode discusses how to grow your beliefs to match your vision. A belief is a thought you continue to have, and you can control your thoughts. Now does the emotion or the thought come first, and the consensus is that the emotion/energy comes first and it creates the thoughts and how to grow those thoughts and beliefs to bring your vision to life.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) Here’s the picture, you have the download, and the vision hits home, you might feel some excitement, and then there’s a pause. Your conscious brain immediately says, “Who are you to; someone has already done it or is doing it; you aren’t qualified; you can’t do it like someone else; and you have already planted or gone back to the planting the conscious seed of doubt, and then your subconscious mind responds to you and says, “oh you want proof, here you go”, and before you know you, you have stopped and you shelve that dream for maybe one day or it’s not for me mentality.

2) You can gain experience, get in the rooms, surround yourself with supportive people, visualize your success, and address the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. The vision is coming to you for you, because you are capable of achieving

654 | What's The Story You're Telling Yourself?

18m · Published 19 Jan 08:02

In this episode, we are discussing the story you are telling yourself and how to shift that narrative into actionable steps. This was an IG Live that was juicy enough to share here.

In this episode, we discuss:

1) The story that you feed is the one you keep alive. We put so much stock in these old stories, this then becomes our identity and then we show up with less conviction in what we’re here to do. The stories we tell ourselves when we are full of doubt, are stories that boil down to not being enough or not feeling worthy enough.

2) Changing the story won’t happen without being aware first, and then having a toolbox to pull on those tools so that we don’t shame our judge ourselves for feeling those feelings. Ask yourself, “when did you decide that?”. Then look for contrary evidence showing us proof that it is not true, and compile that evidence to show yourself the proof. Then re-write it in a new empowering way, and anchor it into your subconscious mind with repetition by using the tools of hypnosis, subliminal, EFT tapping, and FLIP The Script Technique to get your subconscious mind on board with the direction and path you know you are meant to be on.
