At 25, MK became a Fit Body Boot Camp client, which became the best part of her day. She took that positive energy she felt at boot camp and opened her location six months later. Over the next six years, she opened three additional locations and became the Community Manager for the Fit Body brand.

MK also hosts the Beyond the Scale podcast, spreading the importance of not basing your health on metrics. She can connect with the 30,000+ clients at Fit Body and outside listeners through the podcast.

Today, she has exited two of her locations, selling them combined for 7-figures, and is an investor in additional locations. MK, along with her partners, is also the Master Franchisor for the state of South Carolina, which they are recruiting and developing leaders across the state in their Fit Body franchisee journey. MK grew her career and her family simultaneously, two things that require a lot of time, something we can never get enough of these days. Today we are speaking with the legendary Udo Erasmus who is an acclaimed author, speaker and expert on total health, wellness and spirituality. He is the founder of Udo's Choice oils, which you can find in Whole Foods and other health food stores worldwide. He found his passion in the early 90's after pesticide poisoning led him to pioneer Flaxseed Oil and the healthy fats/oils industry. Udo also wrote the classic book, “Fats That Heal, Fats That Kill" and he has an 8- step approach to whole health that includes our mental health, presence and awareness, our life energy, and being in harmony with nature and humanity. He is a presenter at Tony Robbins and Deepak Chopra's events where he speaks about oils and peace. His background includes studies in Biochemistry, Genetics, Biology, and Nutrition, as well as Counseling Psychology.

Recently, Udo appeared in the documentary "Eating Our Way to Extinction," narrated by Kate Winslet, with Tony Robbins and Richard Branson.
