In this episode I dive in to climbing and training with an autoimmune disease and how you need to take your autoimmune disease into account when it comes to your training and climbing. How you could have the best training program in the world, but if it only contributes to further stress and inflammation to an already stressed and inflamed system, it isn't going to work. And how it's important to be able to figure out what climbing content is for you and isn't to not fall into the trap of feeling bad about yourself.

Episode 63: Behind The Climbing Training Week 9

This week started off strong! Finally got 10 reps for the BFR training and endurance rope training went well. However it ended on a low note with a nagging, weirdly, out of the blue thumb injury on the left hand. To say I am frustrated and at a lost is an understatement. I talk about how this isn't the first time of getting an injury before a climbing trip and how history repeats itself again.
