Back to normal?
20m · PublishedWith the end of the pandemic in sight and normality returning its important to acknowledge the change this past year has brought and the hardship many have faced. Listen in for a little reminder to prioritise yourself and your mental health with some self-care tips. Burnout and overstimulation have also become more common in this global pandemic and i try to break these down and share some ways to look after yourself and care for others who might not be enjoying the return to normal.
