  5. Sometimes the Universe will remove you from a table where you used to sit, where the host is no longer serving your best interests. Trust the derailments that life is giving you.

When you start to feel those feelings of disrespect from people in your life, this is a sign that you need to establish boundaries.

When facing times where you are engaged with a difficult person, or a difficult situation try to consider the Three C’s Rule:

  • I didn’t cause it.
  • I can’t control it.
  • I can’t cure it.

Have clarity on what you want to say to someone that you feel is disrespecting you, and allow yourself to advocate for your best interest.
