About Marci:


Marci Owen is an Advanced Certified Life Coach. She is also Advanced Trained

in Nervous System Regulation. Marci is the host of The Courageous and

Confident Christian Mom podcast. She specializes in helping women that don’t

feel like they are good enough love themselves and cultivate self confidence.

She also helps them identify triggers from past experiences that affect their well

being and happiness and how to heal from them. Coaching with Marci also

includes learning about the nervous system and how to regulate it. Marci is also

a coach for Jody Moore in her Better Than Happy program (formerly known as

Be Bold).

Marci lives in Utah with her husband Rusty and her sweet pup Layla. They have

3 boys 3 daughter in laws and 3, almost 4 grandchildren. She loves being a

grandma, sports, working out, makes delicious treats, love to learn, grow, go for

walks in nature, loves Fall, gathering friends in her home, cranking up her music

and last but not least, she loves God.
