Raikeis is a Trauma Informed 200-hr RYT with Yoga Alliance. She teaches yoga to bring healing to people who have experienced trauma and who benefit from a physical practice that helps them self heal.

Raikeis believes that yoga is for everybody and encourages practice and healing by sharing videos on her social media and by volunteering with urban organizations like Boyz Inc, Denver Urban League Young Professionals, and the Crowley Foundation.

She is the owner of Charismatic Movement, an organization bringing healing to marginalized communities through yoga and meditation, as well as the Peer Yoga Specialist for The Center of Trauma and Resilience, where she helps those who have been victims of crime as well as teaches in the local county jail.

She has been featured in a photo shoot for the Yoga Journal's 2020 Compassion issue and continues to find ways to collaborate and bring yoga to the communities that she grew up in.
