More than two years into a global pandemic, we are experiencing an epidemic of burn-out. Women and moms are disproportionally affected, myself included. I have been struggling with burn-out for a while and recently shared what this feels like for me in a TikTok video that has gone viral. In this podcast, I share the story behind my analogy of our self-care cup having holes in it; answer some of the comments from the TikTok video and share what it takes to go viral (it’s not what you think).
