Why do I continually destroy myself? Join me as I try and uncover the roots of my life long battle with depression and anxiety.
I’m a 40 year old, freelance videographer, husband and father of two young boys. I’ve achieved a number of successes, but have also experienced spiralling lows (chronic anxiety, anorexia, depression, addiction).
These episodes journal my current life as I seek self understanding, improvement and appreciation. It’s not fancy. I use an iPhone and speak from the heart.
This podcast is dedicated to my two boys, as well as you!

Part of growing is the process of ‘continually’ assessing your situation, feelings, communication (personal and with others), influences.. the list goes on. Self assessment can be very difficult when we’re experiencing an overload of stress.

Opportunities will arise once you begin to actively make changes in your life. Some of these opportunities will be small, some will be large.. some might not even seem like opportunities. Start saying, “yes” to events, offers and invitations that come your way. *Safety first though.. I’m not condoning extreme sports, pyramid marketing groups, cults or getting into cars with strangers.
