What its Like to Lose The Love of Your Life

Grief is a daunting but inevitable part of life. How do we overcome it? How do we keep living when it feels like a part of our world has collapsed?


Today, I'm taking on this heavy topic with my dear friend, relationship coach Cindy Stibbard. After losing the love of her life suddenly, Cindy has had to rebuild from the ashes. In under a year, she has traversed the stages of grief and the ebbs and flows of redefining a life without her partner. Our hope is that if you too are walking this hard road, you will find solace in hearing her experience and knowing that there is a life beyond the grief.
