Join Erica Gifford Mills with special guest, Shaunda Thompson, Image Consultant, Career and Holistic Life Coach, as we discuss thriving after trauma and loss. In 2010, the unimaginable happened; Shaunda lost her 8 week-old son, Brock, who was born at 26 weeks gestation. In addition to grieving the loss of her son, she was in an emotionally and physically abusive marriage. Shaunda had to make a choice: either let this trauma defeat her or define her.
Shaunda chose the latter. Using the 24 hour cycle of a day (morning, mid-day and evening) as an analogy for her healing process, Shaunda will take us through her transformative process of finding true beauty after trauma and loss.

Because of this, more older workers have found themselves being hired and managed by people much younger than they are. The divide comes when we are unwilling to look at each others perspectives and have clear lines of communication. Join Erica Gifford Mills and guest, Anna Houden of BraeBelle, as they discuss generational gaps in the workplace.
