Gareth is a qualified sports hypnotherapist and has worked with various athletes on improving their mental performance and focus in order or overcome mental blocks, limiting beliefs and negative self-talk. He has worked with GAA players and athletes from other sports as well as members of the general public. Gareth is also an accomplished journalist with him regularly writing articles for Gaelic Life. We took a deep dive into a myriad of topics as we discussed Gareth’s work as a Sports Hypnotherapist and dispelled many of the myths and fallacies surrounding hypnotherapy.
