  • Climb up the root of the tree, writing out all the experiences you've had that contributed to the imbalance you feel
  • Repeat the same for each imbalance you are currently experiencing in your life
  • What do you notice?
  • Where is there a lack of love?

  • Explore who you are right now. Who are you, what do you like to do, how do you feel?
  • What energetic blocks or imbalances are you exeriencing in your life or health right now?
  • What are the energetics of those imbalances, and what do you believe may be a contributing factor in your lifestyle that is causing them.
