Chances are you’ve uttered one of the following phrases: “I don’t want to LIFT WEIGHTS because it’ll make me look bulky…I just want to be TONED!” OR “I don’t want to do CARDIO because it’ll BURN OFF all my muscle!" If either of these phrases sound familiar and/or strikes fear in your heart, then this podcast is for you! And Don’t worry! I’m not here to bash either one. In fact, I absolutely LOVE both!! With a decades worth of experience in the fitness industry and competitive athletics...
