Do you struggle with negative self-talk every time you look in the mirror? In this episode today, I’m going to challenge you to find ways to truly love your body exactly where it is right now, even if you desire to change. Our bodies carry us through our everyday lives, and changing the way we speak to and about it can help us shift our mindset to make a truly long-lasting, healthy change.

In this episode, I am sharing with you:

  • We all have beautiful bodies, capable of doing great things
  • Acknowledging your negative self-talk

  • If you let negative thoughts sit there too long, they will stick.
  • Come up with positive affirmations, and surround yourself with them.

Are you sick and tired of being told you shouldn’t lift weights because of different narratives being told to you such as, “lifting weights will make you look bulky”, or “if you get too bulky or lift too much you might start intimidating men”? 

I was too, and that’s why in this episode I cover several different reasons that completely disprove these myths and show you exactly how beneficial weightlifting can be for women specifically.  

Buckle up, and get ready to be inspired to hit the gym and find some weights once you hear all the different ways strength training can benefit your body right now, and as we continue to age!

  • Why as females, we should be lifting weights.
  • Strength training and lifting weights is a LOW IMPACT WORKOUT

When you're starting out on a new health and fitness journey, it can seem a little bit overwhelming and crazy because there's so much information out there that you just never know where to exactly start. In this episode I’m going to share 5 simple improvements you can start implementing into your life right now, that will help you start off in the right direction for your health and fitness journey. Remember, it’s best to start small so these goals are more attainable and not overwhelming when you try to implement big changes all at once!
