If you are someone who has been struggling with your own wellness, if you struggle to make time for yourself, if you are still healing from past traumas and are looking for ways to move forward so that you can build a life that aligns with who you truly are on the deepest level, if you are a chronic people pleaser, a giver, an empath, someone who constantly forgets to put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others - This podcast is for you. What I hope to create here is a place where you can find inspiration and permission to be your most authentic self, and live into that authenticity in every single aspect of your life. I will be sharing mindfulness practices (some that I have written myself, and other really great pre-written ones that I want to share), I'm gonna be interviewing some guests here who also have a common goal - to serve our community powerfully and to spread a sense of awareness and empowerment that we each can tap into as individuals. And sometimes I'm just gonna talk and chat with y'all about my own experiences, my own struggles that I've had in my wellness journey, to hopefully reach those of you out there who feel isolated in your experiences so that 1.
