In this episode I am joined, for the second time, by yoga instructor, meditation teacher and founder of Livin in Flow, Taylor Wray (@taylor_wrayyoga). She first joined us on episode #11 in July 2018 with her now fiance, Tommy Mac, and is back solo to speak to a wider variety of topics. She’s a teacher to teachers — educating individuals on how to lead yoga and mindfulness in a way that’s all-encompassing. 


In this conversation we discuss:

  • How service providers (particularly hourly employees) can pivot their business to be more sustainable long-term
  • Ways to think about slowing down when your body is begging for rest
  • How to work through a major identity shift (i.e. when you can’t or don’t want to do what you’re known for anymore)
