In 2nd grade she became aware that her fat body made her different from others and wasn’t accepted by society.Katherine spent almost 2 decades weight cycling on-again, off-again, yo-yo diets and battling with herself through a critical inner voice.

She fell so madly in love with yoga after her first savasana (final relaxation pose) that she decided to share her love affair with others. She continues to contribute her knowledge and love of yoga through her joyful, lighthearted teachings. Every class includes laughter and a sense of play.
