Eric shares his personal story of how he came to see being on top of his physical fitness influenced his mental health. Eric and Justin are able to provide perspectives from mental health and physical health to explore how each influences the other.


The guest also is able to help the host answer a burning question about his own exercise habits that, in Eric’s opinion, applies to everybody who works out.
