Does the traditional sales consultancy work The Global Sales Leader with Ken Lundin episode 36

40m · Published 01 Nov 20:23

How can a leader most effectively implement large-scale changes across an entire organization? What is the most crucial difference for companies to consider from the last 12 months?

Does the traditional sales consulting model still work for companies? Is there a specific path a company can follow to guarantee growth and profits?   What does it mean to say that sales are a black box?

How can a company pivot their product to fit any market?   What happened in 2011 that has driven your passion for helping others?  Undoubtedly, sales are much harder to come by in the "new normal" of the COVID era.

On average, companies have less than 25% of their sales staff meeting quotas successfully. However, Ken's process is rooted in an understanding that unusual though it may be, today's difficulties are not unique. Businesses always have and will always need to pivot how they connect with and sell to their customers as times change,  with this need in mind and a keen awareness of what is at stake for entrepreneurs? Ken is a man on a mission - and a man with a proven track record - to help businesses adapt and grow their sales in 2021/2022. About Jason Cooper

Success strategies in conversation with Chris Croft Part 2 Global Sales Leader Part 2 Episode 34

39m · Published 18 Oct 16:00

We take a deep dive into the following four strategies to help you reach success in this second part of the global sales leaders podcast.

Here we examine 5 - 8 of the eight strategies for success, which we explore in this episode.

1) Work hard - When you are hard-working, things will fall in your favour. If you don't take action, nothing will happen.

2) Take responsibility for what you do - no one else will own up for what you do, so take note of your sales pipelines, learning and focus. No one else can handle it for you, can you?

3. Develop positive self-talk - Your brain is influenced by what you tell it, so if you say bad things about yourself, your brain will respond with something negative, or if you say good things about yourself, you will receive a positive response.

4) Set yourself goals - have daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals for all facets of your life.

5) Keep learning all the time by reading books, attending online conferences, going to coaching sessions, and so on

6) Help others - The more you help others, the better you feel - When you're working in a sales team, help others when they need it

7) Do it right now - this is pretty self-explanatory. Take action immediately.

8: Push yourself beyond what you're comfortable with. When asked to do a presentation or a presentation that you feel is impossible - do it, and once you do it, you start learning and growing - it's a fantastic feeling once you do it.

Link Your Process To The Need With Bryan Flanagan part 2 episode 32 Global Sales Leader Podcast

28m · Published 20 Sep 20:00

Be good, be a good person, base your reputation on your integrity - lessons learnt by Zig Ziglar - being a good human pays off as a human.

Being constant as every interaction is a standard that you can adhere to - So if you can model yourself on excellent and make it your own, taking the major assets being congruent with your own self-image.

Be your own self look at others but don't be like them. If the principle is true and put your own values -then they work for you.

Two factors in success are ego drive and empathy. You have to be connected to people; nothing has changed over the years in how and what we do equals success. We are still in the people business.   We are still helping somebody; no product is sold, helping others get what they want. Learn your profession respect your profession - Be a constant learner -Get your passion and be accountable and replace bad habits with a good one.

Confirm the needs in the customer's mind is a massive tip - slow down the need, and the customer is receptive to the need.

One of the biggest steps is selling is a process, not a personality - as we know, selling isn't telling.
