Nutrition Part 3: Eating For Your Body Type

But we still want to remind everyone that the best diet for somebody is the one that they can stick with. It's an overall lifestyle after all.

Furthermore, diet plans are trial and error. What works for one doesn’t make wonders for all. It’s because of our different body types. It is a way of how we eat based on our body structures and needs. We must understand that diet is a way of eating for our body types and so it's important to know when our body changes.
