Can I Train With An Injury?

In this episode, we're talking about fitness training with an injury. Can you train with an injury? How do you train with an injury? What steps to follow if you suffer an injury?

People get injured while working out. But people can also get injured in mountain biking, hiking, or doing X, Y and Z. They can twist an ankle sprain and knee strain or back, whatever it is. Typically, they end up getting “I can't work out for awhile. I went to my doctor, I got checked out and the doctor said, don't do anything, don't work out.”

As fitness professionals, we understand the science of exercise. We are here to educate people with their fitness journey.  There are so many exercises that one can partake even if you have minor injuries or aching body parts. You have so many body parts and most likely there's some sort of exercise that you can do.
