This can hold everyone back from reaching any of their goals. In or out of the gym.
you need to have specific targets that you're trying to reach, if you are not, you are winging it.
this is, what I would say is, the main contributing factor to people not reaching any sort of Fitness goal.
It doesn't matter if your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, prepare for a show, etc.
You're going to have to be very specific and measurable or you will not get there.
In this podcast episode, I give you some specific examples to help get your brain juices going so you can start making your goals achievable by making them specific and measurable.

Resistance bands are so versatile! I cal them the gym in a bag for reasons mentioned in the video.
You can get varying degrees of weight and perform almost any exercise for any body part.
Not to mention you can train for strength, weight loss, and perform hiit cardio routines.
There is no resistance band workout that is better than any other. It's merely a matter of what goal you want to achieve.
In this video, I introduce the beginning of a series of band exercises as examples you can implement, but also introduce my new series of band exercise routines for any goal.

Functional training comes up a lot but there is never a clear definition of what the is considered the best style for functional training.
On one hand, you got calisthenics bros saying weight lifting isn't functional and weight bros saying calisthenics isn't functional either.
THERE IS NO SUPERIOR CATEGORY OF TRAINING THAT IS TRULY FUNCTIONAL ABOVE ALL!
