Social isolation and it's affects on our future

In this episode I speak with Kevin Waldbillig, a psychotherapist who has noticed that approximately 80% of his clients are dealing with some form of anxiety brought on by the pandemic.   We will talk about the potential long-term effects of social isolation and how it relates to overall happiness and well-being.  Kevin introduces the concept of Post Traumatic Growth and how we all the option to focus on what he can control as opposed to allowing our thoughts to ruminate into the past.
