What is that "Gut Feeling?"

To end our gut health series... we are talking about intuition or otherwise referred to as a "gut feeling." As we learned more and more together about how the gut and brain are so connected, it lead me to doing some research to discover if there is a scientific connection to our gut feelings/reactions to people or situations. There is some scientific research that's been done and explains what this "feeling" truly is.
