What up Beasts? Welcome back to the show! In this episode, I’m hanging out with Chase friggin’ Daniels, and if that name sounds familiar to you, it might be because we hung out in season 1. That was the episode about everything and nothing. But let me tell you, we’ve grown. Oh yeah. We’ve moved on to adult conversations about a lot of things that make people uncomfortable to talk about including, but not limited to, change, offence culture, diet culture, politics, the future of shrooms, having kids in a scary world, and finally, fuckin’ deadlifts. What's up, you Beautiful Beasts!! Holy Crap. We’re back! LONG overdue season 2. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve cried in the process of recording and editing these past few weeks. I’m not crying. You’re crying.

In today's episode, I am hanging out with my new BFF Kelly. She is a friggin badass. Such a badass that she had someone else's babies who couldn’t have their own. In this episode she tells her story of being a surrogate mother and carrying twins and all the responsibilities and mushy emotions that came with it. YOU GUYS!!!!!! I am SO excited to be back! My schedule has been totally crazy since this Pandemic started but I am just SO grateful to still be employed and to have work.

In this episode of the Unveiling the Beast Podcast, I am hanging out with one of my spin students and friends from my Riverside days, Nelson Morales. Like episode 23, this was recorded on the weekend during a quarantine and therefore, the internet sucked ass, and the conversation is a little choppy, BUT trust me, it’s worth the listen, even if you can’t figure out what the heck we’re saying at times. Nelson is, hands down, THE most physically fit person I know. For some context, when our zoom call started, he was mid-conversation with a man he was hiring to do some work who he had previously said no to TWICE because the timing was off. This leads us right into a discussion about follow-up and hiring people to do a job you don’t want to do in order to save your own valuable time. Then we talked about the importance of mindset and how our minds are way stronger than our bodies. We also swapped some funny marathon stories in which cussing was involved. Hi Guys! Welcome back to the podcast! In today’s episode, I’m hanging out with my friend Michelle Moore as we have a pretty raw conversation about what the hell is going on right now in the world. If its like year 2022 and you are listening to this for the first time, we are in the midst of a global pandemic with the COVID 19 Coronavirus. Michelle and I talked about how different humans are reacting to the fears and the rules and the stress that the virus and other humans are creating, and how it’s kind of collectively forcing us to look inward and figure out what actually is important vs what we thought was important. We agree that the world will never go back to normal, but, instead, we are all actively creating a NEW normal. Just a couple of side notes:

1. We periodically had a bad connection due to the volume of people using the internet during this quarantine period.

B. Every time Michelle mentions Sean, she’s not talking about my hot husband; she’s talking about Coach Sean Smith (Episode 8).
