This is a BONUS episode, re-releasing an episode I did with Tom Gaymor, a sports journalist and commentator, all about the crazy demands of F1, on the day that the 2024 F1 season is kicking off! Check out the full episode I did with Tom on episode 341 of Boundless Body Radio!

Starting out as a racing driver, Tom swapped the steering wheel for a microphone after an injury. Although Tom is best known as a motorsport broadcaster, Tom has also broadcast at the last two Olympic Games, and for Premiership Rugby. Tom has a vast motorsport knowledge, having been involved in the sport for almost 30 years.

He also works on a variety of events for Discovery/Eurosport including the Le Mans 24 Hours, and the World Endurance Championship, among others.

In July 2011, Tom formed Tom Gaymor Consultancy Ltd (TGC) to bring all of his consultancy projects under one roof and to further create a professional platform from which to operate. TGC specializes in talent development, driver coaching, performance management and mentoring.

Tony Pascolla is a Physical Education Teacher, sport coach, Strong First Kettlebell instructor, personal trainer and carnivore/fasting coach at Revero, a coaching company focused on helping people successfully implement animal-based diets.

Tony has had struggles with weight all his life, as a young kid, as a high school wrestler, and as an adult. Tony was vegan for 2 years and realized that was not sustainable, he found the keto diet and then transitioned to a carnivore diet. He has worked to be a fat adapted endurance athlete and competed an Ironman in 2021 primarily on a carnivore diet.

Based in Chicago, Ill, he works both in-person, with both one-on-one sessions and group coaching, and also works virtually with clients, specializing in strength training and nutrition. He is also the host of the very successful Primal Foundations Podcast, where I was honored enough to be hosted as the very first guest. Luckily, he has found much better people to host since then. :)

James Leman is a 51-year-old who was born, lives and works in the beautiful island of Bermuda.

James is literally and figuratively here today to share with us his journey from being vegetarian for decades, to strict plant-based vegan for 5 years, and most recently as an animal-based carnivore. As a vegetarian and vegan James’ health declined so much, that he had multiple hospitalizations, autoimmune issues, anxiety and depression, amongst many other health problems. He ended up practically bed-bound and severely malnourished for over a year.

From listening to podcasts, reading books, and discovering the keto and carnivore diets, James has regained his health, and through that process, found happiness and purpose in sharing his experiences. It is James’ fundamental belief that we all have a right to be healthy and happy!
