Lisa Gianvito is a wife, step mom, yoga teacher, life/health/spiritual coach, intuitive Reiki master, breath-work coach and wellness provider. She absolutely loves to teach and practice yoga. Lisa meditates daily and is obsessed with all things wellness. She has combined her love of yoga, breath-work, mediation and her genuine passion for life/health/spiritual coaching and her never ending spiritual curiosity of intuitive Reiki into a dream career.

Lisa is a graduate of theIntegrative School of Nutritionwhere she received her Nutrition & Wellness certification, a 500 E-RYT certified yoga teacher and received her 200 hour training through Cyndi Lee, owner of OM Yoga, NYC in 2004. She completed her 300-hour yoga certification through Tymi Howard, owner of Guruv Yoga.


Lisa is certified in Yin Yoga, Restorative and a graduate of Ziva meditation training. She began practicing Reiki in 2007, with the guidance of Reiki master, Carol Spurrier, who is a medium and psychic. She has continued to do extensive training in energy work, the chakra systems, intuition, spiritual coaching, oracle cards and meditation and she is a Certified Life and Breath-Work Coach.
