Clay and coach Franklin start from the beginning and talk about his early life growing up in Pennsylvania and his dream of playing football at Penn State. Eventually the two move along to where he got his very first coaching job at the division two level, where he made $1,500 dollars a year and loaded vending machines and bartended on the side. The two talk about his first big head coaching job at Vanderbilt, and how difficult the decision was to leave Vandy and go to where he currently coaches at Penn State, a place he has had a ton of success.

Clay and coach Briles discuss his coaching career, and his legendary run in Texas high school football before he ended up in the college ranks. Clay asks Briles how his interest in coaching began, and also when and how he developed his offensive system that has had so much success. Finally, Clay and coach Briles talk in great length about the off the field issues that occurred while he was at Baylor, and how those events effected him as well as other people involved around the Baylor campus and community.

Clay and coach Tucker dive into the beginning of his football life, and the difficult decision he had to make in choosing between playing at Air Force, where his mother wanted him to go, and Wisconsin, where his father preferred. The two also talk about his start in coaching, which began as a graduate assistant under Nick Saban at Michigan State, where he worked ridiculous hours. Coach Tucker took numerous stops along the way, in both college and the NFL, coaching under Nick Saban again, as well as Kirby Smart, and eventually landed him in Boulder where he is the current head football coach.
