The Poetry Project presents Poet For a Day and exciting field trip for grades 4-12 that emphasizes the young ones in our Communities from youth voice to critical thinking and even creative writing that allows young ones an outlet for expressive and creative thought through Poetry and other artistic stylings.

Positive Youth Together( headed by it's founder Chandra Cagle) also known as PYT continues to bring community awareness in addressing various societal issues our Young ones face. This edutainment series brings that focus to life with a television series that will be featured.

The Black MS Experience Raleigh Community Program is an opportunity to connect with others who understand the distinct experience of life with MS as a Black person. Throughout interactive discussions powerful connections are forged and the learning ability with leading scientific and healthcare experts and give voice to the unique needs of the Black Community living with Multiple Sclerosis.

The Black is Beautiful Bridal Show is an interactive wedding planning event showcasing products and services from black-owned wedding professionals in the North Carolina Triad and surrounding areas where during the event, attendees will be able to see beautiful displays, meet face to face with wedding vendors, experience live entertainment and so much more.

The Month of October is recognized and remembered as Cancer Awareness and this Organization pays honor and tribute to Survivors and those we have lost. Marking their 20th year of existence with their Annual Cancer Awareness Gala Benefit and this year's theme: Celebrating Reunion of Living.

The big day is Thursday August 24th for the Give Work A Chance Job Fair in Lexington, North Carolina with several Companies on hand, a special Kids Zone for Parents needing supervision while Parents seek employment, a mobile career center with job counselors available to produce or update resumes on sight and more....
