Linda Parrent owner of Elegant Essentials Home Décor and Gifts, and co-author of “Networking  For Novices”.
 
Linda followed her dreams by becoming a master florist with hopes of some day owning her own gift shop.
 
She sold her house in Arkansas along with all their belongings, and set out with her husband to fulfill her dream.  They arrived in Knoxville, TN to build that dream.  Her first customers soon became their friends, and only 2 years later was voted the best gift shop in Knoxville, TN with WTNZ Fox43.  She was also featured in Woman’s Day July 2010 on “Confidence”, as an inspiration for other women to continue to follow their dreams.
 
She became Managing Director of eWomenNetwork and Executive Managing Director a few short months later.  Knoxville Chapter of eWomenNetwork is the 3rd largest in North America.
 
Linda recently co-authored “Networking For Novices” a book with 13 other experts in their fields, to help other women achieve their full potential as networkers.
 
Her latest endeavor is speaking on empowering women across the United States and Canada.

Her audio program "Power and Accomplishment" has helped hundreds of clients disappear barriers and establish effective practices and ways of being.
