What types of factors? Things like gender, age, marital status, economic status, education level, geographic location, whether they have kids of not, whether they have pets or not, what type of transportation they use, etc. 

The reason why we need to understand our customers in this way, is because by knowing them, we can better talk to them and sell to them and ultimately, to serve them by providing them the value of our product or service in their lives. :-)

So...we made a "decision" this week - and wow, it brought up some feelings for me! How about you?? 

My ongoing saga - one I look forward to releasing - about technology and my show continues, but I WILL get this done. Yes, I feel determined, but I also feel frustrated. To address that, I talk this morning about how to deal with frustration and fear by feeling better - by going general, using appreciation, and deciding we are going to let it go. 

What does this have to do with your business? EVERYTHING! How we feel colors our attitude, the actions we are willing/able to take, and ultimately our success. Come chat about it and move forward with your decision with gusto!
