FSO believes all children are a gift from God and each has been created with a unique purpose. With love and service, we know these children can succeed and lead productive lives.
Sex trafficking is a global concern and we applaud the organizations who’s focus is to aid all children. Although we are painfully aware of the global problem, there is also a substantial and immediate need in America for services and supportive housing. By no means do we seek to diminish the need for a global response; however, our primary focus is the child victim found within the boarders of the United States.

Amanda Bullard Parsons born and raised in Virginia Beach and graduated from Kempsville. She has three sons ages 9, 7, and 3.  Amanada has been doing hair for 8 years now and recently opened salon in Kempsville June 1, 2010. 
She enjoys attending 210 Ministires (Virginia Beach Free Will Baptist Church) and serves there in various ways by singing. working/mentoring youth/children. She used to drive a van to pick up people who wanted to come to church with no ride (alongside her two eldest children)  Amanda enjoys working in the beauty industry where she can integrate her love for hair with her love of people.
