Soraya has what she calls the “8 Commandments” which she incorporated in her seminar, “Effectively Managing Diverse & Sometimes Challenging Personal Styles at Work – Harnessing the Best in you to lead an inspired workplace.” The seminar was so popular; Soraya had to give it twice to meet the demand of senior commanders stationed at the Fort Bragg installation.
