My guest is Dr. Fred Garmon, Executive Director for People for Care and Learning (PCL).  
I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Garmon some time ago at the PCL offices in Cleveland TN and was very impressed by this organization and intrigued by his passion for helping the people of Cambodia.  
PCL has embarked on an ambitious campaign to build an Entire New City in Andong Cambodia.  This project will create 1,500 homes, paved roads, clean water and new businesses - entrepreneurship. 
We will learn about whats going in Cambodia and Fred will share his Vision for building a city in Andong and how our community can help.

Fred Garmon is the International Director of People for Care and Learning.
He was born and raised in Charlotte / Kannapolis, North Carolina. He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. A University level lecturer and instructor— Fred integrates over 26 years of practical ministry experience with years of academic preparation in the field of Leadership Studies.
 
Fred is a marathon runner and was honored as an Olympic Torch Bearer in 2002. He has been married to his wife, Shirley, since 1982. They have two daughters, and two granddaughters.
